He's not THAT dorky, I mean he's just like the stereotypcal skater punk tossed into the future, kinda dorky. xD he just looks...old for some reason even though he's supposed to be a teen.

He probably looks that way because of how often he gets thrown on his face. XD

That's actually kinda sad... ._. Kinda reminds me of Fry from Futurama. xD Except a little more "Mondo-cool" than him.
