I went back and checked for you today, got another Inverter Circuit on Endrum Remnants C.
From Parum do:

Plains Overlord (De Ronald Ragan)
The Mad Beasts
and then when you get to Underwater Plant: Temporary Base take the door on the right as you enter, that'll lead to Endrum Remnants.
Tip: When you do Raggy as you head up there, password your Mission. I usually leave the mission open for anyone to join as I'm just passing through, but today someone joined then left the field as soon as De Ragan was defeated, meaning nobody got a chance to open any of the 12 crates he left behind because the Mission then ended automatically.
We were miffed to say the least.

Inverter Circuits also drop from the battle machinery in Grove of Fanatics, for the record.
Awesome. I'll probably look around in Grove of Fanatics, because i'll get better experience for that at the same time.
Oh, Grove works too? Good thing, I despise that Endrum quest offline... level 54 and I still hate those silly robots at the end...

Yeah those robots are really hard! They killed me 1 or 2 times, i think they are harder then the master.:O The master In PSU was pretty weak.
The master was a push-over. Then again, the master was just one enemy, not three. Ugh, one keeps you there with a machine-gun while another slashes you. just as you get out of the way of those, BOOM!!! a rocket hits you.
I was glad the boss-mech was easy. I ended up dieing 3 times against that robot army shooting fire balls at anything that moves. It's a good thing I brought along a partner otherwise I would've got gameover.
