Huh well its looks like i finally beat Pollux! I'm going to start over again and try to see all the events.
There's a guide on this page from PSOWorld on who to use/ which missions to do to get which cutscenes. It's confusing at first glance, so read carefully.

Hope it helps. It's really not obvious how to unlock all the character decks. They should have an indicator the second time to mark off all the quests you've already completed or something. They should give an option to replay cutscenes that you've already viewed so you know which ones you haven't seen and also so that you don't lose track of the plot after not playing for a few months. Ah well, can't have everything. ^^;

That really help alot! That would be better if you could see all the cutscenes. Right now i just started over and it's pretty fun, I'm just playing until i get Orland because i still think he is the best!
Ugh, I only have Orland's base deck. It's alright, but I usually play myself as him because my deck pwns in comparison.

I play lots of card game games, so I usually know what I'm looking for. Chea, I ended up getting myself spitalised for a while, so I took a break from it. XD
