Where do these things come from?

More specifically, where do their Boards drop?

Also, why is there no sign of a Crea Sword, when all three manufacturers have Crea versions of other weapons?

I've found the Boards in De Regan (A) missions. As far as I know, you cannot find just the weapon; it must be synthesized.

As for why there's no Crea Swords... take that one up with Sonic Team. I bet they'll release one in the future, though.
