Good point, Ton. It probably would have been on DC. Oh, man! Then I wouldn't have had to buy a GC! Argh!

Sega still make DC games in Japan. Or at least, DC games are still sold in Japan. But when I went, I am pretty sure I saw a release schedule for a few DC games.

I used to shun Dreamcast off (like I do XBOX) , but after I bought Phantasy Star Online - Episode 1&2 I went to a pawn shop and bought a Sega Dreamcast with Sonic Adventure. I then bought a brand new blue VMU at Gamestop, new black controller, bought Tomb Raider 4, bought Phantasy Star Online Version 1, and now I finally have a Dreamcast that is worth playing. I never liked it before because I never played one (except once at a store) and the system never lived long enough for me to even get interested in it. I was too rapped up in PSONE and N64, but now I know what I missed out on back then.

Yes! MVC2! I love that game. I should really look into getting both MVC2 and PSO for DC. Since DC is out of business, I hope I can find the games cheap. I HOPE so...

DC games are relly cheap. A few sites will still sell them but your best place is ebay. Very cheap games.
What's MVC2. I had DC and can't for the life think of the game.......
EDIT: As I clicked submit... Marvel vs Capcom??

Games for Dreamcast over here in the US are cheap. The most expensive I've seen is about $22 for an excellent condition used game at 'Gamestop' . I bought version 1 of PSO (after I got Episode 1 & 2) for about $12.97 at a video game exchange store.
------
I was feeling generous one day and I bought my friend a Dreamcast (since his died) for $25.00 and a copy of Soul Calibur for $18.00. I totally surprised him with it (he never knew I got it) and told him it was an early birthday present.

doesn't gamestop only sell used versions of dc games? does any store hold new games that have never been opened?

I think they pretty much are all used when it comes to Dreamcast.
