Well, what I did, is pay my stepdad mroe to use his card.
It's actually only 6.99 a month.
but I pay him 10.00, just so I can use his credit card.
I just mooch off the foster mother... XD I swear I'll find any reason not to use my own money on anything. XD
i s'pose i could try that... but my bro thinks I'll use his card for other stuff... :bandit:
I'll explain the situation and offer him 20 quid and hopefully that'll work!

if he thinks you;ll use it for other things, get him to do it, it doesnt need to be entered again :p doesnt really need to be checked again if you get it recurring :3

Can't you get an account that uses SOLO?? I'm sure you can at 15 and they accept that for gettin ur license.

Its just a kind of debit card i believe, i have a Solo card, and have since i was 16 i think, i just opened a student account...or pre-student account i cant remember, but theyl talk you through it at the bank i guess.
