Well... I decided to try this crazy popular thing that's been going around lately... that thing? Photoshop. XD I decided to take one of my sister's drawings (of me) and convert it from a hand-coloured form, to a CG form! This is the first time I've ever used Photoshop so bear with me... XD But here they are... both my CG'd form of the same picture, as well as the original. XD Note: The colours my sis wanted were a bit off in the original, so I corrected them. XD



If I make any more things that could be considered "art", I'll post them here... perhaps. XD Well, feel free to post feedback. I'll only get better at these things with constructive criticism and practice. XD

And for the record... trying to take a hand-coloured image and make it into line-art is really freakin hard. XD

Your sister is one of the best PSO artists ever. You did a good job. That is a beautiful sunset background. You did the eyes really well, and that's the most important part. I like the colour gradients you use, especially in the hair. The only criticism is that you made the outline a bit jaggy and you missed a tiny bit of red on her back (under her left shoulder thing).

Yes, it is. I know it perfectly well too. Try vectoring. TT_TT

Thanks for the compliments you two. =n.n= And I didn't even notice that red spot at all Mirinee... =o.o= Good eye! XD The jagginess of the outline is due to me not having any sweet clue how to separate black from every other colour very well... XD But it looks fine when shrunken. I'll definitely try to get better at it though.

My sis liked the image quite a bit and said I should colour most of her works as well as her... and add backgrounds... XD

Bah, I hate it when perfectly good artists/authors put themselves down for no good reason. Those are great.

Just remember Namillus... the actual drawing work is done by my sister, the CGing is done by me. XD

Wow, I love it. Anything Pink is huggleble, which you probably have learned from your odd experiences with me! You two keep up the good work!

Hehe... I'll keep practicing my computer work, and sis will likely draw something new every now and then too. XD She'd draw more but the art homework she has all the time sucks the creative juices out of her. Thanks again for the compliments everyone. =n.n=

Just for kicks, I decided to make another one. XD This one's from one of my sister's older pictures... waaaaay back from when the idea for Luann first popped into her head. XD

This picture features my FOnewearl Elise, the lil HUcaseal Luann, and a couple of my crazy Satos. XD Including the one I lost due to FSOD... it's not a happy camper. XD Ain't it cute?

Once again I supplied the original image. This one was easier since it was black and white to begin with. XD

Not bad, not bad at all your sis really can draw (way better than me). And the conversion into CG isn't bad either you just need more practice. Before you know it you'll be doing it like a pro.
