if its not letting you play, and still charging you then sega has to do something, they cant just take your money and not supply the services, its just terrible, i hope leonoxe live to fight another day ;-;
More specifically... stop trying to lure people to the 360 servers! XD 360 is the root of all evil... cause it's made and run by Microsoft.
If all else fails Kitsa... call Sega directly and brow-beat a tech desk person until they finally give you what you want. Don't let them mis-guide you... use your anger! XD

Yes, it worked, I cancelled and then reactivated my account yesterday and then logged on today to see her pretty face at the character selection screen! I'm so happy, I think that part of my heart is alive again! Well, thanks for the help everyone, and if you don't mind, I'm going to go play with my newly revived Leo-pie!
