Its only effect is to lower your HP to 1 at events (enter boss battle etc). However, it activates only when synchro and IQ are low. In exchange for this, it doubles the power of photon blasts such as pilla (base damage PBs)

Must make sure not to use Soul Eater with it... That's caught me out against Bulks once or twice. They suicide sending me to 1HP and before I can heal the Soul Eater takes it and I die. X.x

xD nice effect all the same though.

I share your pain! Del Lillies in the C.T. can reuce you to 1 HP. I use a Soul Eater, being a Fomar and all!
