I had to boot someone today - Poo Fly was there.

I didn't have a problem with him, personally, but his presence was really disrupting the party - 2 of the other members were arguing with him, which led to cussing, then just people not playing and just typing, which is fine except I was trying to get level 5 ranger Tongue Anyway, I kicked him to end the disruption, and yeah, I told him why he was being kicked, in so many words. I didn't want to, but it had to come down to that.

I HAVE been kicked from a few parties... one time, I guess one guy didn't like any male characters being in the game with his lady friend, just a wierdo. Another time I just got kicked, no explanation.

On a completely different subject, well, kinda different, at least: Remember that jerk -+francheska+- or whatever, Pink? The guy who was talking for about 10 min straight in a Forrested Islands S, but decided to start complaining about you not being in the mission even though he wasn't doing ANYTHING productive? Yeah, ran into him with my buddy Part while farming some PA frags yesterday... same thing, he just talked the whole time, I got sick of it, and since I'm such an awesome jerk, he left the party, not before I told him not to let the door hit him on the way out. Tongue So, I'm added to a blacklist. Big deal.

I must be getting old, 'cause I am becomming less and less tollerant of pick up groups of strangers, heh. The mindless chatter and gossip and stuff that just comes up on the screen makes me wanna eat babies.
This is what our wonderful teams for Big Grin having a great time without for of weird little people coming to ruin our fun!

I havent been kicked yet, mostly due to spending all my time with pink and the team, or soloing on the off chance no one is on, but i have been in manay a party previously where people have been kicked, some i've agreed with, some were because of an immature leader, at which i'd point that out and leave myself, i dont want to party with that type of person.

all in all, if you're fed up of getting booted, find the team! :p
I've been kicked without reason, often as soon as I join, so many times I am starting to become antisocial. I always let people ride along on 'Mad Creatures' because it doesn't affect my getting through or my mission points. I always play C. I just want to get to the De Ragan.

Today, I joined a game that was 5 minutes in, got all the way to the end with the guy (it was a 1 person when I joined) and then he stops just before the exit and boots me. What a spiteful, crass thing to do. I'd rather get booted as soon as I join if I am not welcome. Not 3 minutes in.

And don't get me started on how rude and awkward some of the microphone talk is.

Only comes to my mind a word (in spanish) to describe this type of persons. Unfortunately for him, my knowledges about english insults are very poor Tongue

Jerk, dope, stupid, rude, other expletives that I don't know if I can say on these forums.Tongue

I do believe I've been booted once or twice, but I can't remember exactly why. I have however, left multiple times from a party because the leaders acted like a bunch of jerks to other players. Most recently when a person didn't have any scapes and was threatened to get booted, but decided to leave. I then said, "You guys are a bunch of jerks" and left.
I even feel bad for booting my wittle NPCs... but I find that asking someone to leave is much easier than kicking anyone, and nicer too. I've never been in that type of situation even, but I've been booted for no reason and I can gather from those times that asking is nicer!
Asking is MUCH nicer, for sure. Most people don't have the decency to do so though. At least it's a relief to know people who post here have manners and can have, at the very least, a minimal show of respect for a stranger. Kits, you're too cute/sweet to ever want to cause harm with anybody. I almost feel bad if I pick with you if you're in the party, hah.

Pink, however, I show no remorse towards! En garde, Pinkish!
asking to leave, i couldnt think of booting someone without asking, its just the proper way of going about it, at least then they arent going to do the same to you later on. i'd remember the names of those that ever booted me.

And no Pinky remorse? I'll show you remorse! * gets out the beating stick and chases vay* Tongue
