Don't take that too literally. Besides, don't forget that "he" is just an android, and he says that to everyone. Maybe he thinks your character looks like a girl. (Why doesn't he drop his Soul Banish? TT_TT ...)
He doesn't have soul banish.
he does have a soul banish, or at least he does in higher difficulties :p
and he just flaunts that at everyone, and who knows, you might taste nice ;p

The moment before he dies, he quickly switches it to Soul Eater, so nope, he never drops Soul Banish for you. Better go back to doing Control Center and Seabed Ultimate Mode. Ouch. :S

If he's in with Black Paper, why did he need money from the hunters guild?
