Hasn't been opened at all yet in online mode either as far as I know, sooo... nobody really knows what it's used for yet... XD My guess is it's just used for special events.

Surely then if it's not used in offline mode at all...They could...Wait for it, LEAVE IT OUT and put MORE CLOTHES in.

But if they left it out of offline mode that would require adding in a completely extra map layout for offline mode that gets rid of it... and the "Space for Rent" thing as well... XD ...which in Sega's eyes would be a waste of disc space, time, and effort.

I think they shouldn't have removed the club offline, but turned it into a clothing store! With more clothes! And cuter cashiers..

Every time I see an NPC wearing something we don't have, I knock them out. And strip them.
Too bad this game doesn't support "forced trading.."

NPC: "Lalala, I'm just walking around with my expensive designer clothes, making fun of Guardians and taking advantage of my position."
*Player walks up behind him*
NPC: "And of course, no one will try and strip me, because that would be totally embarassing and would probably get me fired from my job as being a hawt NPC. Plus, then I'd loose health benefits and most likely get hunted down and killed for being naked."
*Player takes out photon whip and strangles NPC, without killing him.*
NPC: "N-no! Not the Braves Coat!"
Player: "...Pwnt."
