I'd say C&C. Although I haven't played the one in the poll, it was one of my first PS1 games, and I still play it now. I just love that sort of game.
And it reamins pretty faithful to the original CNC game actually. I preferred Total Annihilation, and since Supreme Commander is Chris Taylor's unofficial sequel to it, it gets my vote. It has a more dynamic air to air combat system as well as some beefy super units and naval warfare to boot!
Mmm, air to air combat... I must play this game XD.
Supreme Commander, it rocks hard.

Seriously, though. Maybe it's just 'cos I'm a 40K nut, but conveniently, the game is also actually good. For the Emperor!
No, no, Dawn of War is awesome. I have DoW with Winter Assult and Dark Crusade! It's fantastic, although the physics engine is a little off sometimes (note that shots fired cause damage even if visually they appear to miss a squad, also note fire 'clipping' through raised/lowered terrain!)
But despite that, the physics for melee combat and the ragdol effects in DoW make it fun to play.
However, I still prefer supreme commander at the moment!

And I even don't like that game all that much, I am far to addicted to World of Warcraft, but hey, that is a different type of game entirely.

Yeah, I enjoy mass slaughter so RTS games are perfect for me
if you can get into it HW2 has a great single player story. And fantastic graphics, to. It's a 3D -Space RTS
