There r two semesters each school year. One marks the half way point, the other is the end of the year. That means two chances to get a 4.0.
4.0? Is that a level??? I think what you call semester we call "term"? Or do you have terms aswell?
Yeah a semester is a term, well I think it is :p .
For my school district, along with almost every other one in the us, 4.0 would be getting straight a's.

I think u can get a-'s. I have a 3.75 through 3.9. I think like straight b+'s.
Do you have government levels though? Like you know, SATS levels, like level 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8?
