Hey Guys. was hoping to spend the day playing today. I resumed my sub yesterday morning at 10 am and although playsega says that my account is active I still get the "guardians licence has expired" error message grrrrr

Sounds like a certain error which occured on PSOBB... They use the same billing system so I guess this could be related to error 913?
Okay thanks. I filled out a customer support thingy and made a post on oficial site so hopefully it will get sorted. im Just annoyed that I have waited ages to be able to get back on here, now I have to wait longer lol.

EDIT:!! I got fed up. Cancelled the pending subscription and made a New account. Im back online and have a Cast Male Ranger named Loséo (pronounced Lo-sey-o and not Lose-o lol) currently level 4 heh!! look forward to playing with you. Just gotta get some M together for bullets etc so gonna grind the Linea line for a day or two most probs

Well My account was due to expire 14th May, but i didn't actually get the expired notice when loggin in till today. The playsega site says my account is still active so I can't even renew mine. I to have filled in the enquiry form, but from my last experience, they don't reply.
Yeah. as much as i love sega, they really need to pull theyre finger out as far as customer service/support goes. They really do suck at that, not to mention the playsega website, that needs loads of work too.
They havent updated that site in probably 5 years even with all the trouble, so it looks like it will never be fixed properly.
Well I need oxygen, I got a reply. It's only askin for my username and original sign up e-mail, but it's a start. Strange how it seems to have been the 14th for both problems. Oh well finger crossed and good luck with your account.

I couldn't wait lol, so I cancelled my account and made a new one heh. started from scratch. Im glad I did as I had forgotton most of what was about plus loads have been added since i left in january so yeah heh. All good fun. Gratz on gettin it sorted buddy.
