I'm trying to find the higher level Tech disks for my forcer..? (Level 23 upwards)
Anyone know the best place / level to look for them?
this is a REALLY hard question
it mainly depends on the tech you want, some lv 30 techs apear on mines 2, some on ruins 2, some in ruins 3

as you will notice, and since you need lvl 20+ techs you must search the lvl 22-29 techs
when you have a majority of lvl 28-29 techs then you should search for the lvl 30 techs (wich are only avaiable on a particular zone)

I managed to find a Rafoie 29 in the Ruins 3 on Ultimate!! Now I'm cooking!

Highest lvl tech i found was a lvl 24 Resta in ult forest 2, if online was available and u were on gc i would trade ya
I've got megid lvl 28 and resta lvl 30 I think but my techs can only reach 15...
