Hit 3: 100% (119.25%) special
on the 3rd hit i have a 1/2 chacne of para, yet it was more like 1/10 O.o

Then you are either:
a) unlucky, or
b) using a rare weapon that you think has Arrest, when it really has lower.

using seize and thats only 16% less chance, so its a 39% chance still. so i guess i am unlucky :|

That would be pretty cool then . But then a lot of people will do that and it would be vary easy to level up.

yea i wish that i could do that i would start a new character and b lv 200 by the end of the day
