Yeah you dont need lvl 70, but get to about 55-60 or something.

dark falz uses techs, that means they are elemental, to reduce the damage use resists
dark falz blade or darvants use non elemental damage, they do a fixed damage, deband raises dfp and nothing can decrease the damage of an "non elemental damage"

Id say:

Level: 50
Weapon: Best wand.
Armour: 4 slots
Slot 1: Resist/Angel
Slot 2: General Body
Slot 3: General mind
Slot 4: Angel mind -
Barrier: Freeze Barrier
Mag: Ila lvl 60ish

Then take a run through with no Scape Dolls and see if he one-hits you with anything, and change the General Mind to what is needed (remember open a telepipe so you dont have to foot slog it back). Then get back in with the Dolls, all fluids and mates possible. Heal with mates, the delay in using resta and the TP costs make it impratical for this. Deband.

Forces have an advantage versus Falz as you can hit him when he goes invulnerable in the third form (he goes white) with techs.

I dont have a resist/angel, found a resist/light last night though, which is better than nowt.

Gonna get to lvl 50 tonight and give it a go, see if he can kill me easilly. Just get Grants on his ass!!!!

There's another way to take him out. You can use Zonde on form 1, Barta on form 2 and Foie on form 3. The advantage is the faster casting and if it's going to be a medium-long haul to you then the TP preservation will also be useful.

Take scape dolls. If you run out of fluids (which you really shouldn't do) you can let him kill you and the scape will fill your HP and TP from zero.

You don't need to worry about grants so much, but do worry about his massive sword slash on form 3. There really is little you can do about that but use scapes and try to dodge it. Luckily he doesn't use it that often.

You can't dodge it, you live or die. I think sega probably put it in to stop low-levels getting straight into vhard and ultimate, so they have to train, but they kinda turned that on themselves by putting in scape dolls

Another thing to do, is just raise your mag, time how long it takes after each feeding to get hungry again, then just walk away, come back when it's hungry again, feed it, and do something else again.
