freaky, cuz my friend who now plays BB just called to say how excited he was that he got his first 40% hit weapon, but he called back later to say it was negative

hehe, ive only ever gotten one -% weapon, and that was sucky neways, like a DB'S saber or something

the other day i tekked a combat, and it had -5% dark

but do you tekked the 5% to -5% or is the weapon with -% withouth tekking?

on my version that is not an option, they go from -60% if tekked wrong and 60% if tekked right (altought the max % in ultimate weapons are 45%, so the max would be 55%)

pre-tekking it was straight 0's, tekked it was 5/10/-5

-%s dont occur in GC & Xbox. Blue Burst isnt supposed to either IIRC.
