I just said i have one! Along with 2 hildbears head's. Dont know why but i get alot of body parts!

also in doctor osto's research, but either way you have to do the mission where you save Ult before you can get them made

Eh? You can only get them on Ult?

No no, Ult is a character, an NPC you must save from the clutches of darkness in one of the last PSO quests. It's best to do all of the quests first, thus making them all available. Then, you can go back to unsealed door and get your parts made.
