I have a new computer, which can actually run games, I hope. Lol.
Anyway, I'm looking for some pointers on what game to get. i don't particularly want an online game, as it will probably be for times in university where I have breaks between classes, and I doubt I can connect online there.
I'm hoping for a real-time/turn-based strategy game of some sort, but I don't know what to go for.
Help please. XD
How about Warcraft III: Frozen Throne? I've played it before, and it's pretty good. Or how about Ground Control? It's pretty good too.

i have both and love them to death, graphics may not be the best, but as PSO proves, who gives a shit as long as the gameplay is good?
I am VERY interested in getting AoE, that was the first game that popped into my head. I'll look up the others in a mo.
Overlord is pretty fun, you should definitely check that out.
Also, I've never played it, but Defcon looks awesome. Again, graphics aren't impressive, but hey, you can nuke stuff so who cares!

Alright. I'm currently installing Age of Mythology, and I'll be later installing Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2.
awsome, i have age of mythology, i don't play it anymore, but it is a great game.
age of mythology is a really good game, lots of stuff to do
