So I decided to spend my leftover 500 shop points to check out the Internet Channel on my Revo...

My harddrive fried on my laptop yesterday so if the channel helped rid me of boredom it`d be worth the money.

Well... it did. The browser has many useful features, typing is fairly simple, and almost all webpages display like they would in Firefox.

I`m angry as all hell about my harddrive, but at least I can still IM friends using web messengers on my Revo. I find the service on KoolIM.com gives the best results for my Revo.

Heck... I can even watch stuff on YouTube. XD It plays at about half the framerate, but it works.
I agree, the Internet Channel is excellent.
Completely outshines the PS3's one, which is rather mediocre at best.

Also, this may sound kind of noobish but... err... What's a Revo? Do you mean Revolution, as in the Wii's development codename?

That is correct. The console`s current name is so ridiculous that I refuse to acknowledge it.

EDIT: On a side note, this channel works so well that it`s eady to type out my posts just as I would with a keyboard.
Well the Wii(Revo) did have an update that allowed one to use a USB keyboard for typing. So you can type like it were a computer more or less. I myself dont use my Wii to web browse as its a tad slow but it is fun to do when I'm bored.
I don`t have much of a choice at the moment since I`m still computerless. Hopefully my replacement harddrive will arrive today so I can get a serious lot of work done... Not to mention actually leave my room. I`m getting cabin fever here! XD
