my friend KeEvInLv.161 was banned why was that? what happened?

Next time talk via PM to a mod.

As for his ban (again), he has been notified of his actions and consequences, either ask him for details or check the forums for his posts (you can clearly see why he was banned)

We can give (as stated in the rules) warnings and infractions, basicly he got so many and the ban was aplied.

I personally told him about posting about those videos Repeatedly and other forms of spamming but it seems not to have sunk in.
As for him in the shadow council i've have told to notify him of his expulsion from the group due to his ban

The ban is temporary.
I have some tolerance for breaking rules, but i can't close my eyes due to this insanily abusive spam, so yeah, he got the deserved penalty

Abusive? In nomercy's thread i can see how it was innapropriate but when was it abusive?

He had 1 post with links, i fixed the post in the correct topic and deleted the invalid links, but he started to post the same deal on several topics.
I went easy on him and he didn't get anything besides a simple reminder/warning that he made an infraction, but after 2 topics i decided to give heavier penalties.
After the penalties i banned him, plain and simple, he violated the same rules over and over again.
Some posts of him were also deleted and later a mod or Lee will delete the remaining posts.

I suggest you talk to an admin rather than bringing it out in the open.
