I've been wondering how they work exactly? I tried using a 32x32 .gif file and it got seriously pixilated and deformed. How do I get it to work properly?

And to make this thread a little more interesting: What are your favorite team flag/names?

.gif is the problem, the image must be .bmp where black is the same as a transparent color.

Making it .bmp didin't change anything for me.
