I've been searching through Ragol.co.uk and found that the Barba Ray drops Stag Cutlery in Very Hard mode, 1/8, and I've fought the Barba Ray 13 times, and he hasn't dropped it, same with the Very Hard dragon dropping Yamato. Ive killed the Dragon 23 times and Haven't gotten it. I'm a level 72 Skyly HUcast, and Can't seem to figure out how to get these items. Can someone help me and tell me how to make the Bosses drop them?
1st and to be clear any mags above lvl 200 or stacked items (99 trimates, 11 antidotes) will make rare drops stop instantly, so make sure you don't have these.
As for recomendations you could play online and do TTF and RT quests, they provide quick access to the bosses you want.
If you play offline then just keep doing the bosses, but don't do just because of the boss, enjoy the game above all and keep in mind that one of the rules in PSO is that rares apear when you least expect them

Just because a drop rate is 1/8 chace doesnt mean if you kill it 8 times you're gonna get it. It just means every time you kill it there is a 12.5% chance of it dropping.
Also, since drop rates are somewhat random, it doesn't mean that every time you kill it, 12.5% is knocked off the chance not to get it.
drop rates are also slightly higher on scthack.

Ohh. I had 99 Telipipes. What if I had 99 Photon Drops in my inventory that I earned legit?
photon drops are the exception to the rule. they automatically go to 99. every other stackable item's maximum is ten. unless you cheat in which case it's 99. however you can't get any rare items in which case it's kind of boring. unless you have all the rare items you need in which case.......... actually it's still boring.

Well, I duped. But can I still get Red Items if I
don't have those items anymore?
I'm pretty sure if you get rid of the duped items then you can get more. however I've never done this so I wouldn't know.

And like Flowens Frame, Im gonna try to get it. I'm wondering if it comes with four slots, and any other Rare Frames.
