I downloaded psobb from SCHTHACK.com and when I click the icon it says Getting list of updates then after that it says

Updating file\map_city02_00_00o_s.dat then says

Cannot create file data\map_city02_00_00o_s.dat
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Windows XP:
Make sure you're running online.exe from the folder you installed PSOBB in, i.e. don't run from the desktop shortcut.

Windows Vista:
Run online.exe from the folder you installed PSOBB in by right clicking and selecting "Run as Administrator".

I still shows the same message and im playing on windows xp

I am not sure if any of those work, considering PSO BB instalation has now turned into something out of this world.
