best area to find a BLUE BARRIOR and a amp. for it?

I thought all the Barriers and Amps had been converted to Si, Gi and Ra. Red has become Si, Blue, Gi and Yellow, Ra?

It did, but Gi is still blue

The Amps drop in boxes. Ruins 3 is supposed to have GI Amps, Normal or Hard mode. Not sure which ID.

The Blue Barrier is 20 PDs from Paganini.

Apparently, that's accurate.

Ahhh, I found a Unused9 in Normal Ruins before I realised Purplenum didn't drop GI RA amps at all. Unused9 is supposed to be a Amp of Gizonde. Yellowboze and Redria can find SI GI RA amps. Never mind! XD
