Frozzen Cyan Mines
Made this originaly as a request to a user at Eden pso bb server and never crossed my mind to port it to v2.
Now i decided to do it.
It's pretty much the same deal (cyan mines) but contains a makeover on nearly all textures.
Hope you like it.

Installation:
Simply drop the file in
....\SEGA\PhantasyStarOnline\Media\PSO\SCENE
Backup the original if you want to revert back.
