I killed 10+ Lillies before I got mine I think the drop rate is 1/21 waterfall tears is the best place to pipe there is a room with 9 lillies.
You could also try piping with Pinkal in FoS.
The way I look at it if your not going to pipe until you get it why bother?
Class doesn't effect the drop rate of rares only ID
