The tournament will start when enough entries have been gathered in. I will notify you all of an entry closing date.

Excelsius came second last time didn't he? I BA him on the dreamcast and beat and he's been wanting to fight me since hehe. After the dreamcast I stopped BA so no doubt once he knows im entered he will sign up, assuming he hasn't already.
