i sorta get it now, but sadly i dont have online so cant get the stuff i need

this is off this topic, but my friend said that once you get so many posts you can create your own avatar, is this true, if true how so?

Get oer 10 posts and you can upload your own avatar. You can't create one here, just show it off .

It's in USER CP -> Edit Options -> Change Avatar then browse at the bottom. You can then select your avatar

you can make one in the computer program paint, right?
