Hey,
I was just trying to get online, I did the network setup and all and as I'm new I get 30 days. However, whenever I try to log on I get this screen image of what I think is the lobby but it doesn't do anything. I registered through my gamecube and all so the internet works, does anyone know what's wrong?

How long ago was this? I just tried to log in to PlaySega and it worked, so I will guess that the EU PSO servers are back online.
Are you in Europe? I'm not on Ep1&2 at the minute so I can't tell you if the servers are ok. If you've just registered and it's holding at the lobb screen, there is a problem with the login server I'm guessing.
Are you using ICS?

Internet Connection Sharing. It can be very dodgey and you can never tell if it's working properly or not.
30 mins ago... hmmm. As far as I know, everything is working, but then again, I'm only going off playsega though. I've seen GOLDIE on so he might be able to help you *wink wink GOLDIE*
Yeah there has been some dodgy server problems recently that have been blocking all or most users from accessing their HL account on play Sega. This has kind of put a damper on most of the affected PSO players. I have just got word that the servers are back online but no extra HL time has been awarded to the affected :mad: .
playsega.com appears to be working again, but PSO is still hanging on the lobby.
I guess we still have a little longer to wait.

I just logged in this morning
I just tried 15 mins ago, I can go login but, I need to purchase a Hunter's License. So I went to playsega.com but when I get to subscription it tells me that I have a free 30 day membership. So I went back and tried logging in again but it's still saying 'you need to purchase a hunter's license'.
This may probably sound 'doh!' to you, but could you please help me with this? thank you!
Did you enter your numbers right on PSO? You might have registered them ok on playsega, but not on PSO.
It probably doesn't verify the codes itself when you enter them, just when you go online.
