do waterfall tears quest, in Caves 2, theres a room where 5 lillies appear. There are two locked doors, run to both of them to make 4 more lillies appear (9 in total), the just start piping (use ryuker and then keep warping back in and each time you do, each lilly has a chance of being a mil. Ive found 5 or 6 mils this way, thats how i got my Psycho Wand ).
