how or where did you make those avatars? they're cute and i wanna try making one of my own

They are made by other people who can draw! ^_^ hehehe.
Some are official Sega artwork, some are made by people. You can find loads of avatars all over the web. Or you can try to make your own from pictures/anime/cartoons/photos you like.
