It looks much slower accetually IMO...
I just don`t know about this episode, it might turn out to be very good or very bad...
Oh. I didn't know you was talking about comparing it to Ep 1&2.... in that respect, I guess it is =/. To me it's got a more cartoony sort of feel. I thought you was comparing with JP Ep3 video footage.

The game is obviously different to Ep1&2. It is a lot, LOT more competitive. You are fighting against someone in every battle, instead of working together (unless you are playing a team game). People have become a lot more verbal playing this game when they lose..... >_< it's a lot of fun though.
I think it has something in common with FF:TA on GBA, does it? Using area techniques and getting your character better weapons etc.
If anyones interested, GameSpy interviewed the Director of Phantasy Star Online, Episode III: C.A.R.D. Revolution (Yojira Ogawa) recently. Link below:

Argh! Watching these makes me want it even more, silly UK release dates..
Heh your lucky you not in Portugal or any other part of Europe Rolleyes .
Yeah I hear they don't have rain in summer over there. That's annoying -.-

You have to take the good with the bad I'm afraid. You could import it from America if you wanted, but I'm not sure if your HLs will be compatable. You'd have to support two HLs if you wanted to play on both I think. And you'd need Freeloader.
Most likely they won't be the same, A europeon player getting a japanese version of a game, would probobly be he same case as a europeon player getting a US version.
It's all done through the SEGA servers isnt it. If you signed up to your account through PlaySega.com, which all European players would have done, then you would also have to register the European version of Episode III through PlaySega.com to be able to access the same account. Everytime you connect to Phantasy Star Online, they access your account through the PlaySega.com servers for Hunters Liscense Info to see how its going! The American version will go through to the American version of PlaySega.com, whatever that is, so it wont be able to access the same account as it routes immediately through to the corresponding game account server compared to which version of the game you've got!

If any of that made any sense to anyone, congratulations. I heard what i was saying...lost it while typing it though!
