Whenever I can manage to either print the form at my dad's work (no printer here.) Or go to the library and print it off without the librarian seeing. (Unlikely, that guy is a hawk, I swear, you can't get away with anything.)

*cough* right, I forgot, you don't know my dilemma, anyway, I can't pay for the HL right now because I dun have a credit card and my parents are to precautios to let me use theirs, so I have to use psoexplorers pay by cash, but I can;t print the form on this comp, I can't even read it! but if I can get to my dads work sometime I'll get online...hopefully, because my bro's birthday is coming up and normally I can't buy anything for myself when it's close to someone elses birthday or christmas until after...
