I think that "Super Powered Super Sonic" character is known as Sonic Team, who are able to ban people for hacking and duping
. But I dont think much a job has been done on it, as many hackers and dupers still remain out there

It's hard to fight hacking,but I almost say sometimes that they let hackers on purpose to get money

Again I repeat - if Sonic Team is so hurt about their hackers and dupers and whatnot, let's see them take a stand on it. Look at Blizzard and Diablo II/Warcraft. They don't take shit. They've banned over a hundred thousand CD keys from Battle.net. And in comparison, Sonic Team just gets up on a soap box and says, "Don't dupe or hack, it's bad and nasty and hurts us right here :
