i am very confoosed about what a hacked mag does so what does it do?

A hacked mag has stats over the max like this:

Pushan: Lvl 800
Def:100
Pow:500
Dex:100
Mind:100

Summin like that

judging from your sig you sound a bit like you shouldn't need a mag that strong man. And to be on topic you'll also know its hacked if you get stats like level 360 for each (i realized it in a trade i got and dropped it) If you want to go the more fun way then i suggest you stay away from hacked mags. Its just better to raise the mag yourself since you've had it since you started

A hacked mag doesn't always have those stats. As a matter of fact, they usually go like this (and come in so MANY variations v.v;;; )

Ive seen them...they are all too common in a corrupted PSO world that is online now. That is why you see level 12s weilding T-Jswords and the like. Also this is what gets people to accuse you of being hacked when you have not-so-common items (like when i traded for the Yasminkovs....everyone taunted me for having them...can i help having 3 god/arms and PUSHAN THE LEGENDARY MAG!? (lol) >.<)

Very True...my lvl 118 HUmar used one once....everyone said "haxor" and such. but then again i figured out it was mass duped so...i didn't want it anymore. I threw it away n_n

Hacked mags are mags with insane stats which you wouldn’t be able to game by hand...EG 0/0/0/200 or 323/323/323/323

They are mostly found in pushan and devil tail form.

It’s easy to spot them. Their main purpose it to max most of your stats out so you have an early advantage. Oh yeah and most mags people "give" you are probably duped/hacked. Just stick to trading with close pals who you know are legit .
