my friend has made a lvl 200 character to find rares after which he will delete the charcter is he still considered legit as he suffered corupption and is trying to cath up to us as me and my friends are on ultimate but cant find him any rares to make it any easier for him

I don't personally consider him legit but its all a matter of opinion
if you use a cheat in anyway, youre not legit.
you are only legit if you play the game exactly how sega intended you to play it.

legit not all lv 200 arnt legits i will be lvl 200 one day im lvl 138 at the moment!

i re-created my lv 118 hucast because he had used dupes when i didnt know what they were. plus i didnt use him much.
A lot of people who go online and actually use the Trade Function (as I do) are considered non legit just because they didn't play through the game and get the items themselves. But how could you get some of the really good weapons if you're not a Skyly Hu or something like...Whitill? Honestly the Trade Function was there for a purpose, and my store is on major example of how I use it effectively! I do not feel guilty trading unless I ABSOLUTELY KNOW that it's a hack, and even then I avoid it!

imho, if its a fair trade, and it isnt obviously a dupe. like... % higher than 30 on a rare wep, thats fair, isnt it?

i foregot to add that he isnt online so cant getweapons that way and he had at least 2-3 banks full of rare weapons y the way sorryabout making 2topics i didnt know that the first had gone troughtas the damn computer froze
