You can no longer find them offline. You can only find them online, and at certain times of the year. I guess that answers your other
thread.
You can find them from egg, saint, and halloween rappies. These show up during holiday seasons Easter, Xmas, Halloween. You could also get them from
Pioneer Halloween during that period too.
