"Gay" is the worst insult ever. First of all, it's politically incorrect, (but no-one gives a damn about that...), but importantly, it can mean happy.

Anyway, think about the question you asked, how could I compare them. Think about this, compare doesn't equal "say they're the same". Infact, most of the time, it means they're not. So, the question you ought to ask is, "Why don't you compare them?"

Theres Gay, and then theres Gay... being happy, or being too happy, when was the last time you saw a foo fighter or linkin park guitarist smiling 24/7, where as if u kicked a busted guitarist in the groin, he'd still be smiling... somehow :S
