Just make sure you heal after every attack he does to you. But your items will go down pretty fast.
If you're a HUmar, have a few Hp units, and some good weapons, bring a few scape dolls just to be safe. When her horse's head is down use your strongest weapon, then have some mech-guns reader for when you can't attack one of the heads in the first stage. In the second stage, try to stay to the left so she'll foie you instead of freeze you. Hit her as much as you can. (Don't heal until she shakes the ground or goes back down) In her final stage, make sure you at least have 300 hp or you're screwed. (Grants or she slashes you) You can't hit her when she turns all glossy, but spells still effect her, so use foie. When you knock her down to a low enough Hp, she "Steal" your soul. (i.e. whenever you hit her you lose just as much Hp) stick with foie but don't forget to heal yourself. If you need more help just ask. Other than that, good luck!

Scratch my previous comment, i beat Falz on level 70 with a Yamigarasu and a varista (varista for his last form which was painful. I didn't want to have to chase falz around the arena)
I beat Dark Falz in Very Hard mode with my FOmar at about lvl 58 although that is with Grants lvl 8 + a god/tech and wearing attribute wall with about 5 scapedolls on my character (only used 2 or 3).
my record lowest levels for beating falz was: Lionheart-lv43, She Devil-lv45, Lichizo-lv42, and Monica-lv41. 70 is more than enough if youre a HUmar and you know how to fight.
I was wondering if killing Gal Griffon at lv 14 is good? I had a RAmar with a Blaster and a level 30 mag. (Tell me If you have beatenn my level and I will try again
