I think he means information about beat time.
The official term is .beat (dot beat) but it doesn't matter. Everyone calls it beat. It's where the normal 24 hours is split into beats. These beats count up to 1000 from 0. 0 beat time is 00:00 GMT time. with 1000 beat time being 23:59:59 GMT time.
The beat time is the same throughout the world. So for example,
it's 13:00 in the UK which equals about 550 beat time. At the same time it's about 08:00 in Eastern USA and about 05:00 in Western USA. But it's still 550 beat time.
So it's easier to say "I'll meet you at 700 beats" than, "I'll meet you at 17:00" where you would need to know where everyone is and work time zones out

also, it helps to take down the beat time u find lots of rares, so u can play whenever it is your "beat time" and have a better chance of finding rares. i think mine is around 4:00pacific. not sure was beat.
