Attacks: Razor Wind- Flaps its wings to blast debris at its opponent
Scratch- Swings claws at its opponent
A native creature to Ragol, but rarely ever seen. It has been known to be wearing Hunters' clothing. Several encounters have resulted in the person missing clothing. It's most frequently seen on the the top of the Central Dome on full moon nights.

The Ragol Tramp
a pioneer resident who escaped among with a few others and spends his time outside the shops begging for money,
attacks with hat that he throws and it returns like a bommerang but when it hits you it takes 10 meseta away from you.
he's pretty weak though, can be disposed of by sayin "the police are on there way" or by stealing his hat, for protection he has a piece of cardboard that says "homless, please give" on it that he holds up when u fire at him

anyway, i'd make one but im williing to bet mine would lose, unless ur judging on artwork, i can make a pretty good comp image, but my idea fountain is drained from planning all of my fics ahead of time :S...
