The Yash9000M is probably the best Purplenum find if you are a RA.
It is the second best mechgun in the game in terms of usefulness as it has rifle range and very high ATP. The only better one is the GULD MILLA, but I only know of one person who as actually managed to find both GULD and MILLA and I hang around with some of the most dedicated rare hunters on PSO.
