The PGFs drop is set to 0%, nothing, zero, nadda, you won't get it.

Do whatever you want. This is your PSO adventure, so you should judge whether or not to do things.
I hear this method is false and does not activate the drop, so I wouldn't spend too much time trying with it.

Does the ring even make a difference, like is it powerful enough to give you an edge or should I just concentrate on lvling my chars? :bandit:
Yes, it is a very good shield. It is a hack however, so would make you illegit. If that doesn't bother you then just head over to vega and ask a friendly duper for one
