It doesn't allow you to copy PSO data over other memory cards

Its unfortunate you can't, as it would be an easy way to back up and I wouldn't of lost my level 90 Iron Maggot when the data became corrupt. But it would also make it very easy to dupe items.
Good point. You could copy and copy your character having tons of rare copy weapons. I wish you atleast make one backup ><

To copy yes, but to copy PSO files? No, I haven't tried as I've got no spare memory cards
i just tried. the copy button is greyed out

Yeah it's to prevent people from duping rare items, even though it's already possible to dupe lol..
