ATA. Make a mag will plenty of DEX on it. I have a mag for my 130ish HUmar with about 80 DEX and still have some trouble hitting the bigger monsters on Ult. 80 DEX should do you until Ult Forest.

you need higher lck and ata. my hunter has 248 ata and 29 lck,i still miss my third attack most of the time in mine uit. it may have something to do with the attack itself.

No, LUCK only increases the chance of getting a critical hit on your opponent, it has nothing to do with hitting or special weapon drop, thought I should disperse the myth... :bandit:
