I was thinking, because I have 4 characters, I might completely restart PSO again, and make sure I only take rares from clearly legit people and so I can just play as one character so I can get that one character high level and maybe even get to ultimate for the first time. What do you all think?

No need to delete characters, and fairly good ones at that, if you dont need to.

if you only got one memory card then delete just one character, and get him to lvl 80 cos ultimate is so damn good
or carry on with a charcater.
I'll just carry on with Reikin. All his weapons were found by him or a legit friend so he's ok... except the mag... I raised it myself but I'm not so sure about the mag cel I used. The guy said it was legit though...

Theyre usually legit, there isnt much of a demand for mag cells, not many people are willing enough to make mags anymore, they get boring, lol. Im sure its probably legit.
