you aren't getting it Kevin, I just explained it to you. The time frame DOESN'T matter as the freeze occurs right as you enter the game, it doesn't wait a few seconds and then freeze, if it did then your mem card would be helpful. But as long as "Saving" appears on the screen (no matter how long) your chances of corrupting as the same as any other card. Also the thing is so cheap it'll probably corrupt randomly like I've heard about before (ask njdss4, his Madkatz corrupted twice within the first hour of playing).

if you play online you have to have had a FSOD at some point or another, they're impossible to avoid.

yep seeing as any and all mem cards of the save corruption rate ST should just eliminate the double save altogether, anybody remember the time when for like a week there was no double save? It was like 5 or 6 months ago I think, I was so happy, I could join any team I want, in any server that I want...

They're not impossible to avoid, depends where you play...

no, they're impossible to avoid, I've played in a block with 1 other person and FSODed, it's just a matter of time before you get one.
